By developing a refreshed brand guide, designing an intuitive website, and evolving social media into an interactive community hub, I saw a clear path to elevating brand awareness, streamlining the client experience, and fostering deeper emotional connections between Reformology, its instructors, and its community. Increase engagement across socials and create a vibrant online community.&nbsp; 2. Elevate the current brand styles and visuals across all platforms. 3. Streamline Reformology’s digital experience and optimize its acquisition of leads. Brand Refresh Reformology wanted to come across as elevated, inclusive, and community-oriented. They wanted to establish themselves as a reputable and knowledgeable Pilates studio. To achieve this goal, custom branding, including typography, color palettes, and imagery were developed. We didn’t want to compete with phones for people’s attention: users only use the physical artifact to save experiences they’re interested in.The main cabin has one experience being shown to users at a time, the other cabins on the train passively show nearby events and experiences via a transparent display on the windows.The planning hubs in the stations include privacy barriers and a table.The app is used to connect the experiences. Which led us to our final concept: Catch a glimpse of what the Rail Explorer experience looks like for a daily commuter. walked through the space. Our testing led us to 3 improvements: The app being the only option for the style survey feels limiting to customers. There should be an additional point of contact at the beginning of the experience. Navigation through the hall is complicated, the back and forth is exhausting and unmediated. We need to investigate different guidance techniques and potential hall shapes to create a streamlined browsing experience. Showmanship was effective, but some aspects were creepy. There needs to be a strategic balance between showmanship and self-discovery. The app also asks to enable location services to find nearby Nike stores and experiences. We incorporated a style survey into the existing survey to allow users to identify their preferences further. The order was changed to videos, then articles, then an overall discussion for the entire course. People weren’t always sure what the navigation icons meant and sometimes had trouble locating a page. Labels were added to the icons in the navigation to improve clarity.
